The zoning map was created in 2014 and has not yet been updated. The Planning and Zoning Commission is working on updating the zoning map currently and encourages citizen input.

City Plans

Comprehensive Master Plan
Blanco's Comprehensive Master Plan was prepared by Pedernales Electric Cooperative and Lower Colorado River Authority to help the city plan for land use, growth management, community development, economic development, downtown revitalization, historic preservation, stormwater assessment, and how to implement the items in the plan. The CMP was created in 2004.
