To comply with the Civil Rights requirements of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act the City has established policies, plans and resolutions to ensure that equal opportunities are afforded to all persons and that no person shall be excluded or denied program benefits on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familiar status, national origin, or age.
