A resolution of the Blanco City Council authorizing the submission of an application to the United States Department of Agriculture for an Emergency Community Water Assistance Grant (ECWAG) for water system improvements in response to the drought disaster and authorizing the mayor and/or city administrator to act as the City's authorized representative in all matters pertaining to the participation in the USDA ECWAG program.
An ordinance establishing a charge and requiring prior payment before the City responds to certain requests for the production of public information or for copies of public information in accordance with and pursuant to Chapter 552.275 of the Texas Government Code; establishing a reasonable limit on the amount of time personnel of the governmental body are required to spend producing public information for inspection or duplication to a requestor; establishing costs to be paid by the public for requests that exceed the reasonable limit; providing an effective date.
The City of Blanco's Personnel Policy Manual was updated and adopted on July 20 by City Council. It can also be viewed in person at City Hall. The purpose of the City of Blanco Personnel Manual is to provide a consistent guide to personnel interaction involving City Employees. This policy does not address every conceivable personnel interaction and is designed to ensure that decisions are objective, fair, consistent, and in accordance with the expectations of the City.
