Residents are cautioned to be aware of contractors or individuals offering clean-up or repair services who have not been processed through the Blanco City Hall. Residents with questions should contact the City Hall prior to agreeing to any such services.

Unified Development Code

The purpose of the Unified Development Code (UDC) is to promote the public health, safety, general welfare and quality of life of the present and future citizens of the City of Blanco. The UDC defines applications and procedures, zoning districts and use regulations, infrastructure, compliance, and enforcement.

The Unified Development Code is available here in PDF format.

On November 16, 2011, the UDC was changed to include the new sign ordinance.
