COVID-19 Municipal Court Notice

June 2, 2020: COVID-19 Operating Plan for the Blanco Municipal Court

Following recent developments with COVID-19, the Blanco Municipal Court will be altering our methods of operation to better serve the health and well being of our community.

All online payment services will still be available. Please visit to view citation status, amount due and to make payment.

To request a Driver Safety Course option please fill out the DSC Request form and send it in with all the listed required documents and acceptable payment.  You may get the DSC Request form by visiting the Municipal Court page.

If you would like to request a Deferred Disposition, please fill out and return the Deferred Disposition request form and submit it with full payment of the citation.

Any defendant, juror or court participant may request a reset if the participant has, or has been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, or a fever, cough or sneezing. Please fill out the COVID-19 Reset form and submit to the court by any of the following methods.

If you do not have access to a printer or computer, COVID-19 Reset forms will also be available outside the City Hall Building, under the Drop Box. Once the Court has received your completed request form, a Hearing Reset Notice will be mailed to the address provided. These operations will be in effect until May 8, 2020 or until stated otherwise.
